Basics & Help

Start here when you need help signing in, browsing the home feed, finding artists and posts, updating your account, changing notification settings, handling billing questions, reporting a safety issue, or contacting support.

Start: sign in and find your way around
All users Mobile Desktop
  1. Open the home feed to browse public posts, media previews, artist profiles, and recent community activity.
  2. Use Sign In when you already have an account, or use an invite/sign-up link when creating a new account.
  3. On desktop, use the top navigation and dashboard sidebars. On mobile and tablet, use the bottom shortcut bar for Home, Favs, Cart, Profile, Upload, DMs, or Settings depending on your account type.
  4. Use the profile/avatar area or dashboard account tab to reach account settings, password changes, notification settings, and deletion options.
  5. Use the bell/notification icon to review social activity alerts from comments, DMs, orders, account updates, and other site events. Opening the tray clears the badge count only; unread rows stay unchanged until you open or manage them.
If a button or section is missing, your account may not include it yet, or it may require verification, tax information, payout setup, or a paid unlock.
Find artists, posts, and search results
  1. Use Home to browse the main feed.
  2. Use Artists or search to find artists by name, username, tags, or visible profile information.
  3. Open an artist profile to view public posts, media, exclusive items, Full Sets, profile details, comments, and DM access.
  4. Use profile links, feed buttons, likes, comments, and favorites to move through the community areas and return to artists you follow closely.
  5. If search does not show an artist, the artist may have disabled public search visibility or hidden their profile.

Account, Profile, Privacy, and Settings

Use this section for everyday account changes: profile details, password changes, privacy settings, notifications, account backups, and deletion. These settings affect how your profile, social links, comments, DMs, and activity notifications appear across the site.

Update your profile and public account details
  1. Open your dashboard and select Account or Settings.
  2. Edit your username, display/profile name, short bio, profile image, cover image, and social links when those fields are shown.
  3. Use accepted image formats for profile and cover photos: JPG, JPEG, PNG, or WEBP.
  4. Save the form, then open View Profile to confirm the public page looks correct.
Change your password
  1. Go to Account or Settings in your dashboard.
  2. Open the Change Password tile.
  3. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm the new password.
  4. Leave password fields blank if you only want to save profile changes.
  5. Submit the form and sign in again if the site asks for a fresh session.
Manage privacy and account visibility
  1. Open your dashboard and select Account, Settings, or Privacy Settings.
  2. Review the privacy options shown for your account type.
  3. Choose whether profile details should be visible to others.
  4. Save the settings, then reload your profile or dashboard to confirm the change.
  5. If a privacy option is not shown, that option does not apply to your account type.
Artist-specific search, comments, subscription, exclusive media, and DM paywall settings are covered in the Artist category.
Set notification and email communication preferences
  1. Open your dashboard Account or Settings tab.
  2. Find the Notification Settings tile.
  3. Turn tray notifications on or off by notification type.
  4. Turn optional email messages on or off by message type.
  5. Save Notification Settings.
Required safety, identity, legal, and account-protection emails may not be available as opt-out choices.
Download your account backup or delete your account
  1. Open your dashboard account/settings area.
  2. Use Download Account Backup if it appears in your account area to export account records and stored files.
  3. Use Delete Account only when you intend to deactivate the account.
  4. Review the retention notice before deletion. Deleted accounts are archived during the normal retention window before permanent deletion.
  5. For privacy questions, use privacy@toecial.com or the support form below.

Subber and Buyer Functions

Use this section for browsing the feed, opening artist profiles, liking posts, commenting, saving favorites, making purchases, managing subscriptions, reviewing invoices, and using your Subber dashboard.

Favorite, organize, and remove saved items
  1. Open the home feed, an artist profile, or an unlocked item.
  2. Select the favorite button to save the item to The Favs.
  3. Open Favs from the top navigation, dashboard sidebar, or mobile shortcut bar.
  4. Use the view, sort, and media buttons on the favorites page to review saved items.
  5. Use individual Remove buttons or bulk selection options to clean up saved items.
Preview media, like posts, comment, and react to comments
  1. Open an artist profile, feed post, or media item.
  2. Select an image, video, audio, or Full Set preview to open the media viewer when a preview is available.
  3. Use the like button on media you want to support or revisit.
  4. Use the comment area when comments are enabled for that artist or media item.
  5. React to comments with the available comment vote buttons.
  6. Use report buttons on media or comments that violate policy.
Commenting may be disabled by the artist or hidden while a report is under review.
Buy media, Full Sets, and downloads
  1. Open an artist profile or feed item and review the title, caption, price, and access status.
  2. Add paid media or Full Sets to the cart. Free downloads may show a direct download or add-to-cart flow depending on the item.
  3. Open Cart and review all items before checkout.
  4. Proceed to payment. Card processing is handled by CCBill when card payment is required.
  5. After payment, use the purchase-complete page, Favs, or your Subber dashboard orders to download files included with the purchase.
If a download is missing after a successful payment, keep the order number and contact support.
Subscribe to an artist and view Subber access
  1. Open the artist profile.
  2. Review the subscription price and what the artist makes available to Subbers.
  3. Select the subscribe or unlock option and complete billing through the payment flow.
  4. Open Subber Dashboard > Subscriptions to see active subscriptions.
  5. Return to the artist profile to access subscription-only content while the subscription remains active.
Review orders, invoices, and financial documents
  1. Open Subber Dashboard.
  2. Use My Orders to review order number, artist, items, total, and status.
  3. Use Invoices to see spending totals and invoice-style purchase records.
  4. Use Financial for available tax or financial forms connected to your account.
  5. For recurring subscription cancellation or card billing issues, use CCBill support.

Subber Direct Messages

Use these steps when you are messaging an artist, managing a paid DM thread, or reporting a conversation from the Subber side.

Start or continue a DM with an artist
  1. Open the artist profile and select the DM action, or open The DMs from your dashboard or mobile shortcut bar.
  2. If the artist uses a DM paywall, review the price or access requirement before opening the chat.
  3. Select the artist conversation thread.
  4. Write your message and add supported attachments when the attachment button is available.
  5. Send the message, then return to The DMs later to continue the thread.
Manage artist DM notifications and access
  1. Open the conversation or a DM-related notification.
  2. Use the conversation menu to block the artist from contacting you if that option appears.
  3. Use notification three-dot menus to remove an item, turn off that notification type, turn off notifications from that artist, or turn off all DM notifications.
  4. Use Show Hidden DMs if you need to revisit a hidden or archived thread.
  5. Change all DM, tray, and email notification preferences from your dashboard settings.
Report a message or artist from a DM
  1. Open the DM conversation.
  2. Use Report on a specific message for message-level abuse.
  3. Use Report this artist for account-level concerns.
  4. Select every category that applies and add a short explanation.
  5. Submit the report. Staff review reports through the abuse review process.

Artist Functions

Use this section to set up your artist account, upload profile posts, manage media and Full Sets, set prices, review analytics, track orders and earnings, answer DMs, manage comments, and handle collaborations.

Complete artist setup: identity, tax, and payouts
  1. Open Artist Dashboard.
  2. Complete identity verification when prompted. If manual verification is used, submit the required ID and release materials.
  3. Open Financial or tax forms and complete required tax information.
  4. Open Payouts and add payout details when available.
  5. Return to the dashboard after each requirement. Paid features unlock after required setup is complete.
Upload media and choose access/pricing
  1. Open Artist Dashboard > Media.
  2. Use Upload Media and choose photo/video files in supported formats.
  3. Add a title, tags, and caption so the post can be understood in the feed, profile view, search, and media library.
  4. Choose whether the item is visible in the main feed, visible in search, hidden, profile-visible, exclusive, or free download.
  5. For exclusive media, choose a fixed price or flexible/custom contribution setting if that option appears.
  6. Submit the upload and confirm it appears in Your Media.
Mention another artist with @username in the title, caption, or tags to send a collaboration request when your artist account can use collaborations.
Edit, reorder, delete, or bulk-manage media
  1. Open Artist Dashboard > Media.
  2. Use the media library to edit title, caption, tags, visibility, pricing, or feed/search/profile status.
  3. Use Edit Image or Edit Video when an editor is available for that media item.
  4. Drag/reorder media where ordering is available, then save the order.
  5. Use bulk selection for repeated changes, or delete individual media when removal is intentional.
Create and manage Full Sets
  1. Open your artist profile while signed in as the artist.
  2. Use the Full Set creation panel to name the set and choose its price/visibility.
  3. Add existing exclusive media or upload new media into the set.
  4. Save the set, then review it from the public profile view.
  5. Use the Full Set options to change visibility, update included items, or delete the Full Set.
Manage profile visibility, subscriptions, DMs, comments, and DM paywall
  1. Open Artist Dashboard > Settings.
  2. Use Public profile visible or Publish profile publicly to decide whether others can view the profile.
  3. Use Show in search to decide whether the profile appears in search and directory views.
  4. Use Enable subscriptions and subscription price fields to set subscription access.
  5. Use Enable DMs, Allow artist-to-artist DMs, DM Paywall, and DM price settings to manage messaging access.
  6. Use Enable comments to allow or pause public comments.
Review analytics, orders, earnings, and payouts
  1. Open Artist Dashboard > Analytics for profile views, daily trends, referrers, devices, and post performance.
  2. Open Orders to review marketplace orders and buyer/item summaries.
  3. Open Earnings to review financial reports, monthly breakdowns, order reports, collab splits, payout status, and available 1099 reports.
  4. Use export/report buttons when records need to be saved outside the site.
  5. Contact support if an order, payout, or report appears incorrect.
Accept, decline, leave, or auto-accept collaborations
  1. Open Artist Dashboard > Collabs.
  2. Use Incoming Collab Requests to accept or decline pending requests.
  3. Use bulk response buttons when multiple requests should receive the same answer.
  4. Review Awaiting Response for requests you sent by mentioning other artists.
  5. Review Your Active Collabs for accepted collaborations and leave a collaboration when needed.
  6. Use Auto-Accept Settings to automatically accept requests from trusted artists.

Artist Direct Messages

Use these steps when you are answering Subbers, messaging other artists, managing DM access, or moderating artist-side threads.

Open and answer artist-side DMs
  1. Open Artist Dashboard, your profile menu, or The DMs from the mobile shortcut bar.
  2. Select a Subber conversation, support thread, or artist-to-artist chat.
  3. Write the reply in the message composer.
  4. Add supported attachments when the attachment button is available and the file is within the upload limit.
  5. Send the message and confirm it appears in the conversation stream.
Manage DM access, muting, and hidden threads
  1. Open Artist Dashboard > Settings to turn DMs, artist-to-artist DMs, or DM paywall settings on or off.
  2. Open the DM conversation when you need settings for that thread only.
  3. Use thread settings to block a user from DMs, mute a thread, or hide/archive the thread.
  4. Use Show Hidden DMs to review archived or hidden conversations.
  5. Use message actions to delete your own message when deletion is available.
Report a DM message or user as an artist
  1. Open the DM conversation.
  2. Use Report on a specific message to report message-level abuse.
  3. Use Report this user or the account-level report option for broader concerns.
  4. Select all categories that apply and add comments when useful.
  5. Submit the report. Staff review reports through the abuse review process.

Notifications and Email Communications

Use these steps for the notification tray, unread indicators, per-notification menus, and notification settings. The tray collects social activity such as comments, DMs, profile activity, purchases, system notices, and account updates.

Use the notification tray
  1. Select the notification icon in the site header.
  2. The circular badge count clears when the tray opens, without marking all notification rows read.
  3. Use tabs to switch between regular notifications and DM-related notifications where tabs are shown.
  4. Select a notification row to open the related post, profile, page, or conversation.
  5. Use the notification page when you need a larger notification history.
Use the three-dot notification menu
  1. Open the notification tray.
  2. Select the three-dot menu on a notification.
  3. Choose Remove notification to delete that item from your tray/history.
  4. Choose Turn off this type to block that notification type for your account.
  5. Choose Turn off from this user when the notification came from a person and you no longer want notifications from that person.
  6. Choose Turn off all DM notifications when you want to stop all DM notification alerts.
System notifications that do not come from a specific person do not show the person-specific option.
Change notification and email settings
  1. Open your dashboard account/settings tab.
  2. Find Notification Settings.
  3. Use tray toggles to turn in-app notification categories on or off.
  4. Use email toggles to turn optional email messages on or off.
  5. Save the settings and return to the dashboard.

Admin and Staff Functions

Admin pages can change accounts, billing records, reports, invites, and site settings. Open the page that matches the job, make only the needed change, and confirm the result before moving on.

Check the daily admin overview
  1. Open Admin Dashboard. The dashboard opens on Overview by default.
  2. Review the stat cards for total users, artists, Subbers, orders, revenue, and public media.
  3. Scroll to Recent Orders to spot the newest buyer, artist, total, status, and date entries.
  4. If an order needs action, select Orders in the admin sidebar instead of changing anything from Overview.
  5. If a user, artist, report, invite, or setting needs attention, open the matching sidebar tab before making changes.
Review and update an order status
  1. Open Admin Dashboard > Orders.
  2. Find the order row by order number, buyer username, artist username, total, or current status.
  3. Select Edit in the order row.
  4. In the order edit window, choose the correct status.
  5. Save the order, then confirm the row shows the updated status before leaving the page.
Manage an artist account from the Artists tab
  1. Open Admin Dashboard > Artists.
  2. Use the artist table to review username, verified status, KYC status, media count, order count, and public visibility.
  3. Select the artist name or the row when you need quick verification or account options.
  4. Use Verify or Unverify only after the account has the right identity, tax, and policy status.
  5. Select Manage to open profile settings, paywall settings, subscriptions, uploads, media library, storage, and order management for that artist.
  6. Select View Profile after saving changes to confirm the public profile, feed visibility, comments, and media access look correct.
Find a user, change account type, and download a backup
  1. Open Admin Dashboard > Users.
  2. Use Search for username, email, account type, or user ID.
  3. Choose a Filter, Sort, Direction, and Per page value when the directory is too broad.
  4. Select Filter to refresh the user table, or Reset to clear the directory choices.
  5. To change an account type, use the account-type dropdown in the user row and select Save.
  6. To inspect the full account, select Manage and review the account details panel.
  7. To export a supported account record, select Backup in the user row and keep the downloaded JSON with the case or privacy request record.
Approve or reject in-person KYC
  1. Open Admin Dashboard > Users or Admin Dashboard > Artists.
  2. Find the artist account and select the username, row, or Manage action to open account options.
  3. In the KYC section, choose In-Person KYC.
  4. Use View Release Form and View Gov't ID when documents are already attached and need review.
  5. To approve, attach the signed release and government ID/passport files where required, then select Upload & Approve KYC.
  6. To reject, select Reject KYC Request and confirm the account should remain unapproved until resubmission or another in-person review.
  7. After approval, confirm whether artist selling access becomes active or remains waiting on tax setup.
Restore an archived user
  1. Open Admin Dashboard > Archived.
  2. Find the archived account by username, email, account type, archive date, person who archived it, or deletion note.
  3. Read the deletion note before restoring so safety, billing, privacy, or support context is not missed.
  4. If your own note needs correction, open Edit note, update the note text, and select Save Note.
  5. Select Restore only when the account should be reactivated.
  6. After restore, return to Users and confirm the account is active and has the correct account type and visibility.
Set default and user-specific storage quotas
  1. Open Admin Dashboard > Users.
  2. In User Management, scroll to Storage Quotas.
  3. Review the current Global Default value and the usage cards showing each artist's used storage versus limit.
  4. To change the default for artist accounts, enter the new number in Global Default (GB). Use a value of at least 0.1 GB.
  5. To change one account, search or select the account under User Override.
  6. Enter the override in Override (GB, 0 = global). Enter 0 when the account should inherit the global default again.
  7. Select Save Quotas.
  8. Confirm the user's usage card reflects the new effective limit and watch for warning colors near the limit.
Change login signup display and email templates
  1. Open Admin Dashboard > Platform.
  2. To change whether the login page shows public account creation, find Login Account Creation.
  3. Check or uncheck Show Create Account flow on login page, then select Save Login Display. Private invite links remain usable even when the public login-page flow is hidden.
  4. To edit email copy, find Outgoing Email Templates.
  5. Open the email type you need, then update Subject, HTML Body, and Plain Text Body.
  6. Use the placeholder chips exactly as shown, for example {{name}}, so generated emails can fill in account/order values.
  7. Toggle Active only when the email is optional. Required emails stay active.
  8. Select Save Template, or select Reset Default when the template should return to its original copy.
Set Flex caps, CCBill billing, and social sign-in
  1. Open Admin Dashboard > Platform.
  2. For custom contribution pricing, find Flex (custom) Caps, enter Minimum (USD) and Maximum (USD), then select Save Caps.
  3. For billing, find CCBill Billing and copy the displayed Background Post URL into the matching CCBill merchant setting before saving webhook credentials.
  4. Enter Account Number, Sub-Account Number, FlexForms ID, Encryption Salt, Currency Code, Background Post/Webhook Secret, Data Link Username, and Data Link Password as provided by CCBill.
  5. Check Test mode only when using CCBill sandbox or staging credentials.
  6. Select Save CCBill Settings and verify checkout behavior with a test order before relying on live billing.
  7. For social sign-in, find Social Sign-In / OAuth Providers, open the account option you need, enter Client ID and Client Secret where required, check Enable sign-in, and select that option's save button.
Review abuse reports and restore hidden content
  1. Open Admin Dashboard > Abuse Reports.
  2. Open the report details row for the reported media, comment, profile, or user.
  3. Review the category, reason, reporter, reported target, report date, current status, and any existing admin note.
  4. If action was taken or documented, type an optional admin note and select Mark Reviewed.
  5. If the report does not require enforcement, select Dismiss.
  6. If media or a comment was auto-hidden after one authenticated report and should return, select Restore Content.
  7. If a profile/user was disabled after one authenticated report and should return, select Re-enable User.
  8. Reopen the relevant post, comment, profile, or user record to confirm the moderation outcome is visible.
Update financial settings, payouts, and exports
  1. Open Admin Dashboard > Financials.
  2. Use the date range buttons to switch between all time, this month, last month, or this year.
  3. To change the default revenue split, edit Toecial Platform Cut % and select Update Split. The artist portion is calculated as the remainder.
  4. To record a site payout, review the available balance, enter the payout amount, choose the destination, add a destination label, reference, and notes, then select Record Payout.
  5. To name destination accounts, enter Business Account Label and/or Personal/Consumer Account Label, then select Save.
  6. To update payout history, change a pending payout status to Pending, Completed, or Failed and select Save.
  7. Use Export Financials (PDF) or Export P&L (CSV) when records are needed outside the dashboard.
  8. Use the earnings table to verify artist-level gross, cut percentage, site revenue, and artist net totals.
Respond to collabs and manage auto-accept
  1. Open Admin Dashboard > Collabs.
  2. In Incoming Collab Requests, review the requesting artist, content, requested split, and request context.
  3. For multiple requests, check the request boxes and select Accept selected or Decline selected.
  4. Review Awaiting Response to see outgoing requests that have not been answered yet.
  5. Review Your Active Collabs for accepted collaborations and split percentages.
  6. To leave a collaboration, select Leave on the active collab and confirm the earnings split should be recalculated.
  7. To auto-accept trusted artists, enter the artist @username under Auto-Accept Settings and select Add to Auto-Accept.
  8. To remove an auto-accept entry, select the remove button next to that username.
Create, copy, and revoke invite links
  1. Open Admin Dashboard > Invites.
  2. For in-person signup, use Launch Signup Screen, or copy/share the displayed kiosk link or QR code.
  3. For a private single-use invite, find Send Invite Link.
  4. Choose the account type, optionally enter the recipient email, choose the expiration window, and add a note identifying who the invite is for.
  5. Select Generate Invite Link.
  6. In Invite History, click the active invite URL field to copy it, or select Open onboarding to test the invite flow.
  7. To cancel an unused invite, select Revoke and confirm the link should stop working.
  8. Use the Status column to verify whether each invite is Active, Used, or Expired.
Update your admin account, notifications, payouts, and linked social accounts
  1. Open Admin Dashboard > My Account.
  2. In Account Details, update display name or email, or enter and confirm a new password, then select Save Account.
  3. In Notification Settings, turn tray notifications and optional email messages on or off by notification type, then save the panel.
  4. In Payout Settings, enter the CCBill merchant/reference ID, payout schedule, payout label or bank nickname, and payout setup checkboxes, then select Save Payout Settings.
  5. In Linked Social Accounts, select a link button to connect that login method.
  6. To disconnect a linked account, select Unlink, but do not remove the last login method unless the account still has a working password.
  7. Use Delete My Account only when the admin account should enter the account deletion flow.

Billing, Subscriptions, Refund Context, and Downloads

Payments and recurring billing use CCBill. Toecial does not store full card numbers.

Resolve card billing or cancel a recurring subscription
  1. Find your CCBill receipt or billing descriptor from the purchase/subscription.
  2. Open CCBill Consumer Support.
  3. Use CCBill support to look up the subscription, cancel future rebills, or ask about a card charge.
  4. Return to Toecial and open your Subber dashboard to confirm subscription access changes after processing.
  5. Contact Toecial support if site access does not match the billing result.
Find downloads after purchase
  1. Open the purchase-complete page immediately after checkout, if still available.
  2. Use download buttons shown next to purchased media or Full Sets.
  3. Open The Favs or your dashboard order records if you need to return later.
  4. For Full Sets, use the ZIP download if it appears.
  5. If a download fails, try again once, then contact support with the order number and item name.

Safety, Reporting, Legal, and Privacy Requests

Use this section to report content, DMs, comments, or profiles; send copyright notices; request privacy help; and review safety policies.

Report content, harassment, exploitation, or non-consensual material
  1. Use the report button when it appears on a message, comment, profile, artist, or content item.
  2. For broader removal requests, open the Complaints & Content Removal Policy.
  3. Include the exact URL, username, content description, and why the content violates policy.
  4. For urgent exploitation, trafficking, or minor-safety concerns, use the policy page and legal contact route immediately.
  5. Staff review abuse reports and may remove content, disable accounts, or document outcomes.
Send a DMCA copyright notice
  1. Open the DMCA Policy.
  2. Identify the copyrighted work you own or represent.
  3. Identify the Toecial URL or location of the allegedly infringing material.
  4. Include your contact details, required good-faith statements, and signature.
  5. Send the notice to the legal contact listed in the policy.
Make a privacy, data, or deletion request
  1. Review the Privacy Policy for account, content, transaction, verification, support, and technical data handling.
  2. Use the dashboard delete-account button for standard account deletion.
  3. Email privacy@toecial.com for privacy-specific requests.
  4. Use the support form below if you need help identifying the right route.
  5. Remember that legal, safety, tax, transaction, and compliance records may have separate retention requirements.

Message Support

Support messages use the same direct-message inbox as the rest of the site, but support threads do not require paid artist DM access.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I learn the basics quickly?

Start with the Tutorial, then open the Help Center category that matches what you want to do.

Why is an artist paid feature unavailable?

Paid artist features may require identity verification, tax information, payout setup, site approval, or profile visibility settings before they unlock.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Recurring billing is managed by CCBill. Use CCBill Consumer Support to cancel future rebills.

How do I report illegal or non-consensual content?

Use the Complaints & Content Removal Policy and include URLs, screenshots, and a clear description where possible.

How do support messages work?

When you submit the support form, Toecial creates a regular DM thread with staff. The thread is free to start and can be continued from the DM inbox.

Where are privacy or deletion requests sent?

Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@toecial.com. The Privacy Policy explains account data and deletion handling.

How are artist age and records handled?

The USC 2257 Statement describes recordkeeping, verification, and the custodian of records for applicable content.

Why did my notification badge clear without marking everything read?

Opening the notification tray clears the small badge count only. It does not mark every notification row as read.

Terms

Users must be 18+, follow safety rules, avoid prohibited content and harassment, respect intellectual property, and use CCBill for paid billing support.

Anti-Trafficking

Toecial has zero tolerance for trafficking, exploitation, minors, coercion, or content connected to prostitution or sex trafficking.

Applicable records are retained by the custodian of records, and artist verification records are maintained for compliance and inspection.

Privacy

The policy summarizes account, content, technical, transaction, verification, and support data handling, including deletion requests and privacy contact information.
