Download your account backup or delete your account

Open your dashboard account/settings area.

Use Download Account Backup if it appears in your account area to export account records and stored files.

Use Delete Account only when you intend to deactivate the account.

Review the retention notice before deletion. Deleted accounts are archived during the normal retention window before permanent deletion.
